Tim comes to System Six with a strong background in Cloud Accounting, Finance and Business Operations, developed through varied leadership roles at companies running on EOS. As a former business owner, and EOS integrator, he is intimately familiar with the needs and struggles associated with managing your business, as well as the stressors associated with not having accurate and useful financial information. Tim prides himself on providing concrete solutions in bookkeeping and accounting to companies across the US and he is excited to continue that work as part of the System Six family. When not at work, you will find him on a hiking trail or on a lake up in New Hampshire with his wife and three dogs.

Rex joined System Six with over 20 years of experience in accounting and tax, bringing deep expertise in tax strategy and compliance for growing businesses. He is passionate about building and leading System Six's tax department, creating comprehensive solutions that help clients navigate complex tax challenges while optimizing their financial outcomes. Rex's approach combines technical excellence with practical business insight, ensuring clients receive proactive tax guidance that supports their long-term growth objectives. Rex lives in Upstate South Carolina with his wife, two children, and three dogs. When he's not working with clients, you can find him exploring the outdoors, camping with his family, or discovering new restaurants in the region.

Entrepreneur, business owner, husband, and father of three beautiful girls, Jeremy founded System Six in 2008. He believes that “Our Clients’ Success is Our Success” and serves on the board of the Seattle Chapter of the Entrepreneurs’ Organization. He loves spending time with family, and runs outside often.

Amber joined System Six with nearly a decade of experience in bookkeeping, accounting, consulting, and budgeting. She is passionate about bringing order to financial chaos, and helping businesses gain clarity and confidence in their numbers. Amber enjoys collaborating with clients to streamline their processes and ensure they have the financial insights to make informed decisions. Based in Northwestern Kentucky, Amber lives with her husband and two children. When she’s not balancing books, she’s balancing life as a busy mom—cheering on her son at dirt bike races, exploring the outdoors, or enjoying quality time with family and friends.

Ashley grew up on the West Coast (Seattle, LA, San Diego) and married a Naval Flight Officer who brought her to Norfolk, Virginia in 2008. She has a Masters in Accounting from the Univ. of Southern California (Fight On!) and enjoys keeping up with her husband, two young kids and their dog (Fluffy – a german shepherd mix).

Danielle has been in the accounting world for over 12 years and has her Masters in Finance and Accounting. She is a Team Lead at System Six and her passion is helping others and problem solving, and really being able to "turn on the lightbulb" for those who don't understand accounting. Danielle has experience in many different facets of accounting from public to private, small to large companies, and many different industries. Born and raised in Colorado, but recently moved to Virginia with her husband, two children, and English Bulldog. You would most likely find her on the lake boating, taking kids to activities, or reading a good book.

Brenda is an experienced cloud accountant based in Los Angeles, CA, with 13 years of expertise across a variety of industries, including healthcare, real estate, staffing agencies, marketing firms, PR agencies, creative agencies, and e-commerce. She holds a degree in Business Administration from Mount Saint Mary’s University and began her career specializing in small business tax and accounting. Brenda is passionate about simplifying accounting processes and finance for her clients, genuinely caring about their success and allowing them to focus on growing their businesses. Outside of work, Brenda enjoys spending time with her husband, family, and their two dogs. You can often find her in the mountains, hiking or snowboarding, or baking something delicious at home.

Erin has degrees in Economics from Lebanon Valley College and Accounting from Temple University. She enjoys using her analytical skills to partner with small businesses to help them maintain financial order. Erin lives in Pennsylvania with her husband and three children. When not working you can often find her cheering on her children at their various sports and musical activities.

Stacey is from the Pacific Northwest and received her degree in History and Accounting from Western Washington University. Since then, Stacey has worked with a variety of small to medium sized clients across various types of industries in all facets of their businesses. Stacey lives in Marysville, WA with her husband and their two teenage boys. She is an avid reader and in her free time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends or attending her son’s football games and tournaments.

Taija joined System Six in 2023 with eight years of experience in public and private accounting. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting Information Systems and is working towards her CPA designation. Her inspiration for pursuing a career in accounting stems from her enjoyment of working with data and helping others solve problems. Taija currently lives in southwest Michigan, where she enjoys life with her husband and son. When she’s not crunching numbers, Taija loves baking, playing board games, and doing anything music-related.

Shannon joined System Six in 2022 after 10 years as Operations Manager/Senior Bookkeeper for a remote bookkeeping company based out of Tampa, FL. She has over 20 years of experience at different levels of bookkeeping, from bill payment and payroll all the way up to financial review presentation, and tax prep. Shannon prides herself on being detail oriented and quality driven, with a focus on client satisfaction. She was born, raised, and still resides in the western suburbs of St. Louis, MO. Shannon enjoys life with her husband of 20 years, two young adult children, a chocolate Labrador, and tuxedo cat. In her spare time, she enjoys assisting her husband running a small business which focuses on saving vintage, and broken items from the landfills by upcycling them into useful pieces of artistic lighting.

Jasmine has worked in the accounting & finance industry since 2013, gaining experience with clients across a variety of non-profit and for-profit sectors. She earned her B.B.A. in Finance from Howard University. Originally from Brooklyn, NY, Jasmine is now a resident of Oahu, HI where she spends her free time hiking, cooking, and occasionally surfing as well as spending time with her husband and Boston Terrier, Hurricane.

Brandeigh began her accounting career in 2018 in an accounts receivable role and earned bookkeeping and accounting clerk certifications from Red Rocks Community College in 2019. Since then, she has worked as a full-charge bookkeeper and client lead for multiple small businesses. Born and raised in Colorado, she now enjoys working remotely while traveling and chasing warmer weather.

Alex Ortega is an accounting professional based in San Jose, California, with a strong passion for building lasting client relationships and delivering exceptional service. He is currently pursuing his CPA license to further advance his career and deepen his expertise in the field. Outside of work, Alex values spending quality time with his family, exploring the outdoors, and cheering on the San Francisco 49ers. When he’s not watching a game, you can often find him on the golf course, enjoying a round with friends.

Arabella has over a decade of experience in accounting and bookkeeping. She is passionate about providing reliable support and developing strong, trusted partnerships with her clients. She lives in Las Vegas, Nevada with her husband, son, and two spirited Chihuahuas. Outside of work, Arabella enjoys cheering on her favorite sports teams with her family, trying out new recipes, and relaxing with a good jigsaw puzzle.

Bobbi was born and raised in Kansas. She graduated from Wichita State University with her BS in Business Administration with an emphasis in Accounting. She thrives on creating trusting relationships with her clients and collaborating to serve their needs. While not working, Bobbi loves to be outdoors and spend time with her adult children and her miniature pincher, Paisley Mae.

With eight years of experience across US accounting firms and small businesses, Mark has a strong foundation in financial management, regulatory compliance, and strategic business support. Outside of work, he enjoys spending weekends exploring new coffee shops and discovering relaxing beach destinations.

Kristi joined System Six in July 2023. She received her Bachelors in Accounting from Kennesaw State University, and has spent the last 15 years working with small businesses in many different industries in Atlanta, Georgia. When not working Kristi loves playing tennis, travelling with her husband, and spending time with their two daughters.

Christine is a seasoned accountant and senior bookkeeper with over eight years of experience supporting U.S. and Canadian businesses. She specializes in full-cycle accounting, financial reporting, and month-end and year-end close processes. Christine brings strong expertise in QuickBooks Online, Xero, NetSuite, and various e-commerce integrations. She excels at helping business owners gain financial clarity and confidently grow their companies. Outside of work, Christine enjoys spending quality time with her family and catching up with friends, valuing meaningful connections both personally and professionally.

Missy brings over 10 years of experience in bookkeeping, payroll, and office management across a variety of industries. She strives to ensure every client feels cared for through each interaction, combining high-quality work with a positive attitude. A lifelong Nebraskan, Missy enjoys spending time with her husband, daughter, and their pets. In her free time - depending on the season - she loves crocheting or exploring the outdoors with her family with a walk or bike ride.

Karen is a CPA licensed in the Philippines and has been working in the field since 2018. She began her accounting career working with Big 4 firms as an auditor, and then moved to one of the Fortune 500 companies as a financial analyst. Outside of work, Karen spends her time as a volunteer teacher, and when off the clock, usually curled up with a thriller book, trying to figure out the twist before it happens!

Shayla Elliott is a dedicated accounting professional with a passion for helping individuals and businesses understand their financials. Hailing from a small town in Tennessee, Shayla brings a down-to-earth approach to finance. With a love for her family, her friends, animals, cooking, and all things related to water, Shayla finds inspiration in the simple joys of life. She is looking forward to starting school again in pursuit of a Master of Science in Accounting to further her career and expertise in the field.

Tatiana has been working in accounting and bookkeeping for over 10 years. Owned a few small businesses and has a passion for processes, organization, and offering clients peace of mind. She obtained her Bachelor's of Accounting at Brock University. Some of her hobbies include traveling, singing, learning to play piano and writing random songs. Currently lives in Mt Clemens, MI with her husband and two dogs.

Tim has been with System Six since June of 2012 and is a graduate of Westmont College. He supports several senior team members on our most complex clients, is our resident Bill.com and Expensify expert, as well as a Certified QuickBooks Pro Adviser. Tim loves southern California sunshine and enjoys sports, scripture, and learning advanced Excel functions like Power Query.

Miriam joins the team with over 8 years of bookkeeping experience. She has worked with a wide range of companies across industries like e-commerce, healthcare, real estate, and hospitality. Outside of work, Miriam loves spending time with her husband, son, and the rest of her family. Whether it’s movie nights, eating out, what she treasures the most is the time she spends with her entire family. She is active at her community church, volunteering every Sunday.

Jill joined System Six with over 20 years of bookkeeping experience across a wide range of industries. Her favorite part of bookkeeping is providing meaningful information to her clients and helping them to discover ways to improve their business. Jill resides in Florida with her husband, Tom, and pups Jack and Wrigley. She enjoys spending time with her family, reading, and going to the beach.

With nearly 10 years of experience as a bookkeeper, Amanda has a strong passion for helping business owners simplify their financial lives. When she's not balancing the books, you can find her enjoying the outdoors, playing video games, or spending time with her three cats.

William brings over a decade of controllership and financial leadership experience across diverse industries, including mining and construction, crypto and fintech, SaaS, CPG, and healthcare. After founding his own accounting firm in Northern Sweden, he has continued to thrive in consulting environments, partnering with businesses to improve financial clarity and operational efficiency. He now lives in Eastern Idaho with his wife, son, and their Labrador-mix, Bonnie. Whether truck-camping in the backcountry, hiking to the next ridge, or riding snowmobiles through fresh powder, William and his family spend nearly every free moment outdoors.

With 15 years of experience in the accounting industry, Shilpa has built a solid foundation in accounting, taxation, and auditing. Over the years, she's had the pleasure of working with a wide variety of small to medium-sized clients from different industries, helping them navigate all aspects of their business operations. When not at work, she loves spending quality time with family and friends. You’ll often find her cheering on her son at his football games and karate tournaments—she is definitely his biggest fan!

Naveen joins System Six as a Senior Accountant with nearly eight years of experience in accounting. He is passionate about learning macros and building simple automations that make day‑to‑day work more efficient. He is a certified QuickBooks Payroll and QuickBooks Online ProAdvisor. Outside of work, Naveen a regular blood donor, active in social initiatives, and enjoys spending quality time with family and friends. He loves exploring new tourist spots and staycations, and has a growing interest in reading Indian poetry.

Jinal comes to System Six as a CPA with experience in accounting and taxation of over 10 years. She loves to help business owners make sense of numbers and navigate the world of taxes with confidence. She is passionate about helping clients work through not only the tax preparation but finding strategies that work to help the business grow. Outside of the office she resides in California and is a mom to three little boys who love to keep her active. She enjoys exploring golden state and loves watching basketball.

Based in WA, Jun joined System Six after cutting his teeth on both coasts with nationally-ranked firms in public accounting, tax relief, and private equity. Whether you're a business owner or employed, he believes in getting your financial house in order so your taxes are as low as possible. Offline, he loves being with his wife and son. When not hiking, biking, skiing, or traveling, you'll find him with a small stack of books. His favorite subjects are theology, philosophy, history, and finance.

Located in CA. Lily loves to travel and spend her free time volunteering and giving back. Meditating is in her daily routine.

Kacie has the eyes overseeing all projects, and planning when work will be completed.
